Ana Clements-Benedict, M.A.
Ana Clements-Benedict is a practicum clinician at Vivid Psychology Group and a clinical psychology doctoral student at the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Professional Psychology. Ana received her master’s degree from Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology.
Ana recognizes the trust and vulnerability involved in starting therapy- with her natural curiosity and warmth, she creates an inviting, safe environment for clients to freely express concerns and fears. With her active, compassionate approach, Ana helps her clients to better understand (and learn from) their pain to empower them to make lasting change.
Ana provides therapy for adults and teens struggling with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, emotion dysregulation, eating disorders, suicidality, and more. Ana draws on several evidence-based approaches in her work, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to provide a tailored, individualized treatment for each client.
Ana is able to provide low-cost, high quality treatment options for in-person and virtual clients.
