Anxiety, OCD & Perfectionism Therapy
•
Kids, Teens, Adults
Perfectionism can sometimes be deceptive- it looks like good grades, high standards, and holding everything together, while underneath the self-criticism never quite lets up. Taylor works with kids, teens, and adults who are worn out by that inner pressure and want to feel at home in their own lives again.

The VPG Difference
All Vivid Psychology Group clinicians are trained in ERP and specialize in anxiety and OCD treatment. This is our core focus, not a side offering.

Who Taylor Works With
Kids (6+) Taylor works directly with children who worry a lot, hold themselves to high standards, or get stuck on thoughts they cannot shake. She keeps sessions concrete and age-appropriate, building skills a child can actually use at school and at home.
Teens She helps teenagers work through perfectionism, body image pressure, anxiety, OCD, and the identity questions that come with these years. Her calm, non-judgmental style tends to land well with teens who are tired of feeling like they are falling short.
Adults Taylor works with adults facing anxiety, OCD, depression, body image concerns, and major life transitions. She helps clients step out of the overthinking and self-criticism that keep them stuck and reconnect with what matters to them.
Taylor's Approach
Taylor brings a warm, grounded, and calm presence, and she works as a partner rather than an expert handing down instructions. Her focus is less on silencing difficult thoughts and feelings and more on changing a client’s relationship to them, using ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) to build that shift one skill at a time. She has a real gift for putting younger clients at ease, and for helping adults loosen standards that have quietly shaped their lives for years. What clients tend to notice first is that they can be honest with her without any judgment.
