What We Treat
All of our providers have specialized training in treating anxiety-related issues, including generalized anxiety, OCD, phobias, and panic attacks. We offer individual therapy for adults and adolescents and offer Parent Coaching services to treat childhood/teen anxiety.
Our providers also have experience with treating a variety of issues, including depression, trauma/PTSD, sleep problems, relationship problems, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and parenting skills.
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Involves distressing, intrusive thoughts (obsessions) and repetitive behaviors or mental rituals (compulsions) performed to reduce anxiety, often interfering with daily life.
Overthinking
Persistent mental loops, worst-case scenarios, and analysis paralysis. We help quiet the noise, get you unstuck, and shift the way your mind responds.
Childhood and Teen Anxiety
Worry, panic, and compulsions in young people. We help kids and teens build lasting tools, while coaching parents to reduce unhelpful patterns.
Depression and Mood Challenges
Low mood, loss of interest, fatigue, and difficulty functioning. May also include irritability, sleep issues, or hopelessness that doesn’t go away on its own.
PTSD and Trauma
Involves distressing, intrusive thoughts (obsessions) and repetitive behaviors or mental rituals (compulsions) performed to reduce anxiety, often interfering with daily life.
Trichotillomania (Hair Pulling)
A compulsive urge to pull out hair from the scalp, eyebrows, or other areas, often triggered by stress or anxiety and hard to control.
Excoriation Disorder (Skin Picking)
Repetitive picking at skin that causes wounds or scarring. Often tied to anxiety or tension and can feel impossible to stop without help.
Phobias
Intense fear of a specific object or situation (like flying, needles, or animals), causing extreme anxiety and avoidance that interferes with life.
Panic Disorder
Sudden, intense episodes of fear or discomfort, often with physical symptoms like chest pain or shortness of breath, even when there’s no clear danger.
Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
Persistent, excessive worry about everyday things that feels hard to control. Often includes restlessness, trouble concentrating, and feeling constantly on edge or tense.
