Auden’s Approach

Auden Marsh-Armstrong works with clients facing OCD, anxiety, trauma, and co-occurring conditions such as depression, substance use, and emotional dysregulation. Drawing from her past experience providing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), trauma-informed care and other evidence-based approaches, Auden is passionate about helping people get unstuck and live more freely.

Auden understands that living with OCD or high anxiety can feel like being trapped inside your own mind, where intrusive thoughts, compulsions, or worst-case scenarios dominate even the simplest parts of your daily life. She has worked alongside individuals who demonstrate profound courage in facing these internal challenges, and she finds deep meaning in supporting people as they move through fear toward freedom. Her style is warm, collaborative, and honest, and she strives to create a space that empowers clients to confront their fears while staying connected to what truly matters to them.

In her work, Auden blends structure and compassion, helping clients approach discomfort with openness, rather than avoidance. She believes therapy should not only help people cope, but offer lasting change that brings clarity, confidence, and a sense of self-trust.
