Chloé’s Approach
Chloe works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, body image concerns, relationship stress, performance pressure, life transitions, depression, and mote. Many of the people she sees feel caught in patterns they can’t seem to shift. Whether that’s overthinking, compulsive rituals, self-criticism, or difficulty showing up as your full self. She doesn’t view therapy as a way to “fix” you; it’s about making room for change, clarity, and connection in a way that actually feels possible.
In session, she brings a warm, collaborative, and active presence. She often incorporates mindfulness and body-based practices to support clients in developing greater awareness, emotional regulation, and a sense of grounding. Whether you’re working with thoughts, emotions, or physical sensations, she aims to support clients in connecting with their full experience.
