Traci Haine

Traci brings more than 10 years of experience in mental health operations. She supports clients and clinicians with intake consultations, insurance verification, billing and payment posting, payroll, and the onboarding and offboarding of clinicians. Her work in two large group practices gives her a clear view of how thoughtful systems help care run smoothly.

She completed formal training in medical billing and coding and in health information technology, building a strong foundation in healthcare administration and documentation standards. She is currently studying human services with a focus on substance use counseling to deepen her skills in supporting people in recovery.

Colleagues and clients appreciate Traci’s steady presence, attention to detail, and warm communication. She keeps the back office efficient so our clinical team can focus on high quality care.
