Dr. Alex’s Approach
Dr. Littleton has developed a special interest in all things anxiety & OCD. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, OCD, or panic – odds are he’s helped someone overcome something similar. In addition to anxiety, his comprehensive training allows for exploration of many issues, including depression, parenting, relationship problems, performance problems, and much more.
If you want to build confidence, pursue goals without fear, and feel genuinely excited about life, Dr. Littleton’s approach can help. He believes that the right therapy can be profound, and that you don’t need to rely on medications (or never-ending therapy) to create powerful change. His approach is designed to help you get unstuck, offering strategies that go beyond just coping, targeting the root causes of anxiety and pain for long-term success and growth.
His warmth, curiosity and personal engagement make it easy to connect when working with Dr. Littleton. His naturally collaborative approach is balanced by an honest, direct personal style that can help you confront obstacles and move towards confidence and psychological growth.
